Clean and julienne the zucchini. Finely chop the chives.
Place the zucchini and the chives in the mixer’s bowl. Add eggs, salt, sugar, yogurt and olive oil. Mix well. Add the flours, baking soda and baking powder.
Grease and flour the loaf mold (or line it with parchment paper). Pour in the batter and bake 30-35 minutes, until a knife or skewer comes out almost completely clean.
I tried to place two nice chive flowers on top, but they turned brownish, so they become the final garnish.
