Sicilian fennel and orange salad

Ingredients

  • 2 oranges
  • 1-2 fennels
  • 2 tablespoons olives taggiasche
  • 1/2 shallot
  • 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
  • sea salt

Instructions

  1. Clean and peel the orange and the shallot. Slice them very thinly. Thinly slice the fennel too.
  2. Place everything in a bowl, add the other ingredients, and season with the olive oil and salt to your taste.

  3. Mix and serve.
