kale pesto with almonds and dried tomatoes

Ingredients

  • 2 handfuls kale
  • 4-6 dried tomatoes filets
  • 2 teaspoons raisins
  • 1 handful almonds peeled
  • 1 handful parsley fresh
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3-4 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil

Instructions

  1. Clean the kale leaves by removing the stems.

  2. Blend all the ingredients (leave olive oil for last). 

  3. Cook and season pasta.
