Ingredients

  • 1 oz pine nuts 30 gr
  • 0.7 oz almonds 20 gr
  • 2.8 oz dried tomatoes 80 gr
  • 0.7 oz extra virgin olive oil 20 gr
  • 1 sprig rosemary small
  • ½ garlic clove

Instructions

  1. Place all the ingredients in the food processor or in a bowl if you will use an immersion blender and blend until creamy.

  2. Cook pasta according to the packaging directions.

  3. Season pasta, decorate with a rosemary sprig and enjoy your delicious meal.

Recipe Notes

Cook and season about 6.3 oz (200 gr) of pasta of your choice.
