The vibrant red pesto is made with sun dried tomatoes, nuts – pine nuts and almonds -, garlic, olive oil, and rosemary instead of basil.
It has a very intense and aromatic flavor.

sun dried tomatoes pesto
- 1 oz pine nuts 30 gr
- 0.7 oz almonds 20 gr
- 2.8 oz dried tomatoes 80 gr
- 0.7 oz extra virgin olive oil 20 gr
- 1 sprig rosemary small
- ½ garlic clove
Place all the ingredients in the food processor or in a bowl if you will use an immersion blender and blend until creamy.
Cook pasta according to the packaging directions.
Season pasta, decorate with a rosemary sprig and enjoy your delicious meal.
Cook and season about 6.3 oz (200 gr) of pasta of your choice.
