sesame & honey grilled chicken kabobs

Ingredients

  • 4 slices chicke breast skinless
  • 1 handful sesame seeds
  • 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 4-6 wood or metal skewers
  • salt

Instructions

  1. Brush honey over the chicken breasts. Spread sesame seeds on a plate and place chicken over it, work the breasts to make seeds adhere to the chicken on both sides.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a grilling pan. Grill chicken breasts, about 4-7 minutes per side (depending on their thickness). Turn off the heat and remove the chicken breasts. Cut them and set up the skewers. Salt to taste.
