tzaziki recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon fresh mint
  • ¼ garlic clove
  • salt & pepper
  • ½ cucumber
  • 1 pinch cumin seeds
  • 1 teaspoon honey

Instructions

  1. Blend mint leaves, the peeled garlic and the cumin seeds.
  2. Peel & grate the cucumber (I used the large holes).
  3. Place yogurt in a bowl. Add all the other ingredients, plus a pinch (or two depending on your taste) of salt and a pinch of pepper.
  4. Mix well and enjoy or refrigerate for later use.
