The tzatziki recipe: a healthy gift from Greek cuisine.
I found a wonderful infographic with a tzaziki recipe. Turns out this is, so far, the best tzaziki I’ve ever tried.

Servings 1 jar
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon fresh mint
- ¼ garlic clove
- salt & pepper
- ½ cucumber
- 1 pinch cumin seeds
- 1 teaspoon honey
Blend mint leaves, the peeled garlic and the cumin seeds.
Peel & grate the cucumber (I used the large holes).
Place yogurt in a bowl. Add all the other ingredients, plus a pinch (or two depending on your taste) of salt and a pinch of pepper.
Mix well and enjoy or refrigerate for later use.
