cucumber basil lemonade recipe

Ingredients

  • 3-4 basil leaves
  • 2 tablespoons thinly chopped cucumber
  • 2 sprigs spearmint
  • 1 teaspoon coconut sugar
  • 1/2 lime
  • 1 glass mineral water (sparkling or still)

Instructions

  1. Pestle basil, cucumber, spearmint and sugar in a mortar, until creamy/liquid.
  2. Pour in a glass, juice in the lime and fill in with mineral water.
  3. Refrigerate at least two hours.
