Clean and cut the lattughino leaves.

Dice the Primosale.

Peel and thinly slice the carrot (I used the peeler for ribbon-like slices).

Thinly slice the radishes.

Place everything in a bowl, and add the olive oil, vinegar, and salt and pepper to taste.
