Italian Avocado Toast

Ingredients

  • 1 slice of rustic Italian bread
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 2 anchovies - salt cured
  • olive oil extra virgin
  • sea salt
  • black pepper

Instructions

  1. Toast the bread.

  2. Smash the avocado with a fork, after seasoning it with a pinch of salt and a couple grinds of pepper, maybe a drop of extra virgin olive oil, and place it on top of the bread.
  3. Top with a couple of salt-cured anchovies.
