Ingredients

of rustic Italian bread
1/2
avocado
2
anchovies
- salt cured
olive oil
extra virgin
sea salt
black pepper
Instructions
Toast the bread.
Smash the avocado with a fork, after seasoning it with a pinch of salt and a couple grinds of pepper, maybe a drop of extra virgin olive oil, and place it on top of the bread.
Top with a couple of salt-cured anchovies.
