If your answer is yes, you are ready to make my homemade coffee syrup:

- 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 cup of water
- 1 cup of sugar
- Bring sugar and water to a boil, stirring occasionally. Cook for 2-3 minutes, over medium/high heat.
- Add spices, stir, let cool and fill in a nice jar/bottle.
- Place it next to coffee and milk: your guests will know what to do.
