Apparently, Nordic cousins (Südtirol), when hot, delight themselves with raspberries, flavoring their water with Himbeersirup. An intense pink syrup made with all natural ingredients that you can make at home too!

Ingredients

  • 4.4 oz raspberries 125 gr
  • 2.8 oz white sugar 80 gr
  • 2.8 oz water 80 gr

Instructions

  1. Put everything in a saucepan and bring to a boil.
  2. Remove from heat and let cool. Pour the syrup into a glass bottle and refrigerate up to a couple of months.
  3. When serving, dilute in cold water in a 1:4 ratio and add ice.
