HOW TO MAKE THE SEARED TUNA

To make this marinated seared tuna, you need fresh oranges to juice at the moment, fresh mint, and capers.

You also need about fifteen minutes to soak the tuna filet before breading it with sesame seeds and then grilling it shortly.

The orange gives a fresh aroma, the mint contrasts it, and the capers add a blast of savory.
